Atlantic Ctiy, New Jersey

Why Atlantic City?

If you think Las Vegas is too big and you still don't like Reno because it is in the desert, then you'll love Atlantic City. Atlantic City has something for everyone with a great boardwalk that goes along the coast, a massive beach with big waves, and casinos where adults can go gamble in.

The Casinos

Atlantic City has packages you can get that will make your trip affordable. There are casinos loaded up right next to the boardwalk that you can stay at for as cheap as $39.99 a night. If you have plenty of money to spend, Atlantic City has big brand names such as Ceaser's palace and Tropicana. The casinos have basically any game that you can think of and even with the Casino being in the way to the beach, as long as kids aren't seen gambling, there is no issue walking through under 21. The Beach

The hype about New Jersey beaches is real, and in a summer heat wave, the water isn't too bad once it gets to July. The waves are great for boogie boarding and surfing and it is a very shallow beach where the tide moves a lot during the day.

The Boardwalk

If you like an outlet mall, the boardwalk has it. If you crave fair food or sit down restaurants, the boardwalk has it. And even putt putt, they have that as well. If you walk along the sixty foot wide boardwalk that goes a little more than four miles, you will find anything you would want to shop for in there. Location

New Jersey Route 42 from the Philadelphia metro area can take you into Atlantic City by car. Atlantic City is relatively close to New York City and Philadelphia. You can also fly into Atlantic City's international Airport.
